Self-contained studio flat in rural area..
The flat is situated at the back of our house but has independent entrance in a quiet residential close, and has one allocated parking space. The flat is light and airy and looks over our pleasant garden and fields beyond. It has one double bed and one single bed which folds up into the wall giving more living space. We are in a village equadistance between Woking and Guildford and walking distance from Worplesdon station which is just over half an hour from Waterloo. All bills are included except telephone and internet. Sorry, but no pets and no smokers.
We are asking £700 per month which if you compare to a flat of £550 with flutuating bills of aroung £100/150 we consider this is a fair price. It also saves the hassle of dealing with all the bills. Just one rental amount once a month.
