Central Brighton Student Accommodation (£85 pw)
We have 23 rooms available. Some of these are self contained flats suitable for two people sharing and the rest are rooms with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. The prices range from £85 per week for a single room to £155 for a shared flat. This includes all the bills except electricity which is paid by a meter in the room. This is around £2 per week. The rooms are furnished with a bed, desk, fridge freezer, a chair, a wash basin and a wardrobe. We do not supply bed linen and towels.
There is a full time cleaner who cleans all the common ways, the bathrooms and kitchens. Toilet paper is also provided in the bathrooms. The property has a very large lounge and wireless internet is available.
We are in the centre of town in a very pretty seafront square, with all the bars, shops and restaurants close by. Many of the rooms face the sea. Three minutes away there are two supermarkets and a main bus stop with buses going to the university every 5 minutes. A weekly pass is £10 for unlimited travel all over brighton.
PLEASE NOTE THIS ACCOMMODATION IS FOR BRIGHTON UNIVERSITY AND SUSSEX STUDENTS ONLY AND YOU MUST BE ON A FULL TIME COURSE.
