Hello,
I have decided not to return to the University of Sheffield in September 2010 and so my room will be available to rent.
The house is situated on Whitham Road, it is very close to Broomhill high street and only ten minutes walk from the University of Sheffield’s student union and arts tower. It is also very close to a lovely pub, The Nottingham House.
The room itself is very spacious and really rather unusual. It has high ceilings and a small flight of stairs from the landing taking you to floor level- its very glamourous. 
It has a large window with a wide windowsill- good for sitting on and watching the world go by.
The house is currently occupied by two wonderful, easy going girls. They are both very clean and tidy and easy to get along with. The kitchen has a sofa and a dining table in it. The kitchen is also very large and has a gas cooker and a washing machine/tumble dryer. There is also a cellar.
The landlords office is conveniently located a few doors down from the house itself. The landlords are also lovely people, very cheerful and friendly. They are happy to let tennants put up shelves etc. as long as they are informed of the decision beforehand. They replaced the mattress in my room without any hesitation, all I did was ask for a new one. No fuss.

I’m really sad that I won’t be moving into this house anymore, I was really looking forward to it and I’m sure whoever takes my place will have a fantastic time living there. xx
