I am looking for a 1 bed flat/Studio within Brighton/Hove, I am a Single male, 32yrs English, all so I never been in prison, I don’t take any drugs, I drink very little, I don’t have a music system I also don’t know anyone in Brighton, one of the reasons as too why I am moving there.
I am planning to do this anytime mid-September, and I am looking to stay in Brighton for a fare few years to come. I will not be getting any pets, apart from a few plants. I have 6 years checkable Refs:
Mostly I will be keeping myself to myself, till I settle down find a job then I will carry on with my Internet marketing.
I have a Guarantor and I can pay a months rent in advance, I am looking for a landlord who will accept LHA Directly into their Bank Account until I find a job in Brighton/Hove.
