Hi,

I have a completely refurbished and fully furnished 3 bedroom (plus two reception rooms) house available to rent, which is only 10 minutes walk from Reading town centre, 20 minutes walk away from the Royal Berkshire Hospital and has great access to the M4 motorway.

There are 2 good sized double bedrooms and a third bedroom, which can easily fit a double bed. The house has been fitted with a well designed kitchen, which has loads of storage space, a tall fridge-freezer, washing machine, electric cooker with gas hob and extractor fan. In addition, a new bathroom and double glazing has been fitted throughout the house.

The rent £930 per month and does not include bills. The house is ideally suited for a family or three young professionals.

The house is still undergoing refurbishment and will be available to rent from 1st August onwards. Once all of the rooms have been completed, I will upload more pictures. I can gaurantee that the final product will be very appealing to anyone wishing to live in a comfortable, clean and modern house.
