There is also free off-road parking at the rear of the property. It is in a convenient location just a few minutes walk from ASDA Hyson Green supermarket and The Forest tram stop. Nottingham Trent University is about 10 minutes walk away and the city centre about 15-20 minutes walk.

The rent is £275 pcm inclusive of some of the bills. The tenant has to pay their own council tax and TV licence (if applicable) and the studio room has its own electricity supply on a pre-payment meter. The landlord pays the gas central heating bills and water rates. He will also provide high-speed wireless internet access at no extra cost.

This studio room is available immediately to professionals in employment or students. Proof of income or student finance will need to be seen before new tenants can move in.
